摘要
尽管农业中是否存在规模经济一直处于争论之中,但这种争论有一个前提,即农地的自由交易。如果农地不能自由交易,就难以逼近有效规模。而我国农地的交易受到极大的限制,要获得规模经济效益,农地的自由交易就必不可少。
Although it has been arguing if there is scale economy in agriculture, there is a precondition that agricultural land can be traded unlimitedly in argument. It is difficult to approach the effective scale if the agricultural land can't be traded unlimitedly. Agricultural land trade in our country is extremely forbidden. If we want to get the benefit of scale economy, it is necessary for agricultural land to be traded unlimitedly.
