摘要
将待检鸽子血清用20%鸡红细胞生理盐水悬液处理10min,可消除全部30份被检血清中的非特异性凝集现象,并使血清新城疫血凝抑制(NDHI)抗体滴度有所提高。与未处理的血清NDHI滴度相比较,差异极显著(t检验p<0.01)。应用本研究的方法可有效地保证鸽子血清HI试验的准确性。
Treating 30 pigeon sera with 20% chicken RBC for 10 minutes, not only can all of nonspecific haem-agglutinating activity of pigeon sera be removed, but also some of ND HI antibody dilution be improved. The results show that treated sera are obviously different from non-treated. So,by using this method,HI tests can be more exact than before.
