青嫩枝扦插繁殖试验 被引量:5

摘要 研究了青木奈新梢不同枝段(梢段、中段、基段)与不同生长素浸泡处理(1500mg·L-1IBA、1500mg·L-1IBA+1500mg·L-1NAA、100mg·L-1ABT2号生根粉)对其扦插繁殖效果的影响。试验采用随机区组设计,重复3次,以清水处理为对照。对插条萌芽率、生根率、生根数、根生长总量、根鲜重和干重等指标进行了测定分析。结果表明:青木奈嫩枝扦插时,以当年生新梢中上部枝段(枝条粗约0.35~0.40cm)做插条为好;生长素对促进青木奈嫩枝扦插成活有良好的促进作用,其中以IBA+NAA各1500mg·L-1等量混合液处理最好,1500mg·L-1IBA处理次之。 Effect of different shoot section (upper,middle and basal part)and auxin treatment (1 500 mg·L^(-1)IBA? 1 500 mg·L^(-1)IBA +1 500 mg·L^(-1)NAA?100 mg·L^(-1)ABT rooting powder-2) on Qingnai (Prunus saicina Lindl) cutting propagation was studied in the experiment,which was arranged as randomized blocks design, three replicates, water as CK. Indexes investigated were budding rate, rooting rate, root number, length and quantities, which consisted of fresh and dry root weights. The results show that cuttings come from middle to upper shoots (0.35~0.40 cm in diameter) would be benefit to the propagation and the cuttings survival rate would be obviously increased by application of auxines, of which the mixture of 1 500 mg·L^(-1)IBA and 1 500 mg·L^(-1)NAA was the most effective treatment, following by 1 500 mg·L^(-1)IBA.
