流苏树嫩枝扦插及生根营养物质的动态变化 被引量:15

摘要 以半木质化枝条为扦插材料,研究不同植物生长调节剂种类和浓度、处理时间、留叶量对流苏树嫩枝扦插生根影响,以及生根过程中插穗韧皮部、叶片可溶性糖和淀粉含量的变化。结果表明:植物生长调节剂种类对生根影响最大,其次是浓度,流苏树嫩枝扦插的最佳组合为500 mg/L的IBA溶液浸泡30 min,生根率为76.67%;保留2片1/2叶的插穗生根率最高,为73.33%;经IBA处理的插穗可溶性糖含量的谷值比清水对照插穗提前了10 d,且可溶性糖含量基本高于对照;IBA处理插穗韧皮部的淀粉含量在初期下降以补充愈伤组织形成的营养需要,变化进程比清水对照要快;且叶片淀粉含量基本高于清水对照。因此采用植物生长调节剂可促进插穗营养物质的积累、缩短生根周期。 With the semi-woody branches of Chlonanthus retusus as the cutting materials, the effects of different auxins, auxins concentrations, auxins treatment time and leaf retention amount on rooting were studied, and the changes of soluble sugar and starch content of stern and leaves were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of auxins species on rooting was most obvious, followed by auxins concentrations. The best combination for softwood cutting of Chionanthus retusus was that cutting materials soaked in 500 mg/L IBA for 30 min,the rooting rate was 76.67% ; keeping two half pieces of leaves had the highest rooting rate of 73.33% ~ The soluble sugar content of cuttings soaked in IBA reached the valley 10 days earlier than that in control(water) ,and the soluble sugar content of cuttings treated was higher than that of the control cuttings. The starch content of treated cuttings decreased at the early stage to supp[evaent the nutrition for callus formation, causing the process of change faster than that of the control cuttings. And the starch content of leaves of treated cuttings was higher than that of control cuttings. Therefore, using exogenous hormones could promote the accumulation of nutrients of cuttings, and shorten the cycle of rooting.
