摘要
目的观察并分析不同剂量阿托伐他汀对冠心病的疗效,以及产生的不良反应。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月于青岛市城阳区人民医院确诊为冠心病的80例患者,采用随机数表法分为低剂量组和高剂量组,每组40例。两组患者均接受基础治疗,低剂量组患者服用阿托伐他汀10 mg/次,1次/d,高剂量组患者服用阿托伐他汀20 mg/次,1次/d,两组患者均连续治疗12周。统计两组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果通低剂量组和高剂量组治疗总有效率分别为75.00%(30/40)、95.00%(38/40)。高剂量组治疗总有效率高于低剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低剂量组和高剂量组不良反应发生率分别为75.00%(30/40)、95.00%(38/40)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用较大剂量阿托伐他汀(20 mg/d)治疗冠心病,可进一步提高疗效,且不会增加不良反应的发生。
Objective To observe and analyze the effects of different doses of atorvastatin on coronary heart disease and the adverse reactions.Methods Eighty patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease in Chengyang People’s Hospital of Qingdao from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into low-dose group and high-dose group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.Patients in low-dose group were given atorvastatin 10 mg/d,and patients in high-dose group were tgiven atorvastatin 20 mg/d.Both groups of patients were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of low-dose group and high-dose group were 75.00%(30/40)and 95.00%(38/40),respectively.The total effective rate of high-dose group was higher than that of low-dose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in low-dose group and high-dose group were 75.00%(30/40)and 95.00%(38/40),respectively.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of larger doses of atorvastatin(20 mg/d)in the treatment of coronary heart disease can further improve the efficacy without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
