摘要
反思不仅是一种理论 ,更是一种内在意识 ,是一个需要长期坚持、不断改进的思维方式和过程。语文教师应从自身成长的角度 ,增强反思意识 ,主动运用反思来优化自己的语文教育思想、方法和能力 ,提高自身素质 ,最终增强语文教育实效。
Self examination is not only a theroy,but also an intemal consciousness,and it's a way of thinking demanding long persistance and gradual improement,too.So Chinese teacher should strengthen the consciousness of self examination voluntarily from the aspect of his self improvement to promote the effectiveness of Chinese teaching by using self examination to improve the thoughts the ways and the activities of Chinese teaching.
