摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高质量发展是新时代区别以往的最集中体现。由高速增长转向高质量发展符合七十年来我国经济发展的历史进程,也符合唯物辩证法、古典经济学和后发国追赶的逻辑演进。推动高质量发展必须坚持以人民为中心作为价值引领,以全面建设社会主义现代化强国合力作为战略布局。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and high-quality development is the most concentrated expression of the new era. The transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development is in line with the historical process of China’s economic development in the past 70 years, and it also conforms to the logical evolution of materialist dialectics, classical economics and latedeveloping economies catching up. To promote high-quality development, we must adhere to the people-centered value as a guide, and the joint force of socialist modern power as a strategic layout.
