摘要
研究了聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(POE)在PP改性中的应用,并与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、二元乙丙橡胶(EPR)等弹性体对比,探讨了增韧剂含量时PP的力学性能的影响,还对PP/POE动态硫化体系进行了研究,在此基础上研制了汽车保险杠、仪表板、侧门板用PP/POE专用料,三种专用料都达到了产品对冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、收缩率等性能的要求。
The application of the thermoplastic POE in the modification of PP is studied. Comparison is made with such elastomers as EPDM and EPR. The influence of the different content of the toughener on the mechanical property of PP is tested. The dynamic vulcanizing system of PP/POE is also studied. All the three kinds of the special materials have met the requirement of such key index of the product as the impact strength, the tensile strength, the flexural strength, the flexural elastic modulus and the shrinkage.
