摘要
研究了聚丙烯 / (乙烯 /丙烯 /二烯 )共聚物 (PP/EPDM)共混物动态硫化过程中 ,剪切作用对其力学性能的影响。通过改变密炼机转子转速 ,得到了一系列PP/EPDM共混物 ,采用扫描电子显微镜、小角激光散射技术对试样进行微观分析。结果表明 ,不同转子转速对应于不同形态结构 ;剪切作用有一最佳值 ,对应于EPDM增韧PP的效果最佳 ;
The influence of shear action on the mechanical properties of polypropylene/(ethylene/propylene/diene copolymer) (PP/EPDM) blends was studied during the dynamic curing process. A series of PP/EPDM blends were obtained through changing the rotating speeds of mixer rotors, and their corresponding morphologies were gained through SEM and SALS. The results showed that the different morphology and structure was related to the different rotating speeds of rotors, and the best value of shear was corresponding to the best toughness of PP/EPDM blends, while the shear action affected the tensile strength little.
