摘要
"人口转变"是人口类型由传统型向现代型转化的演变过程,实现人口转变是一个国家、一个地区人口步入良性发展轨道的重要表征。贵州人口转变速度相对较慢,各种转化度量指标与全国相比均存在较大差距;进入新世纪后贵州进入了低生育水平阶段,但必须继续强化计划生育工作,进一步降低生育率,落实各种政策措施降低死亡率,加快人口的转化。
Population transformation' is the evolution process of population from traditional type to modern type, and its accomplishment is an important characteristic of the population of a nation or a region stepping into the right track. Guizhou's population transformation is relatively slow, and there is a wide gap in its various measuring indexes compared with the national level. In the new century, Guizhou has entered into the low birth-rate stage but it must persist in family planning.
