摘要
目的分析护理标识在护理安全管理中的应用及效果。方法我们随机将2018年1月至10月在我院住院的220组住院患者分为对照组和对照组,每组110例,分别为使用常规护理安全管理和护理标志安全管理系统对比观摩。结果通过护理标识的应用,护理工作中不良事件发生率显著下降,病患对护理满意度显著提高(P<0. 05)。结论护理标志在护理安全控制中的应用可以抑制或降低护理失败案例的发生率,保证患者的护理安全。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of nursing logo in nursing safety management. Methods according to the problems and contradictions in the nursing work in hospital,we should formulate striking and unified nursing signs,standardize nursing marks in the process of nursing service work,and use nursing marks in a targeted way. And the nursing logo into the nursing work quality assessment category. Results the application of nursing logo to nursing safety management is helpful to raise nursing staff’s nursing risk consciousness, improve patient ’ s satisfaction with nursing work and reduce the incidence of nursing bad events. Conclusion The application of nursing logo in nursing safety management can help to control or reduce the incidence of nursing bad events and ensure the patient’s nursing safety.
