摘要
目的:探讨实施高危手术患者护理风险预案上报制度在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法:实施高危手术患者护理风险预案上报制度即对高危手术患者实施评估-分析-讨论-上报-跟踪的管理方法,将2012年1～12月入围的执行上报制度的上报病例150例作为观察组,以2011年1～12月同类别未执行上报制度的146例手术患者作为对照组。比较两组手术护理并发症发生率、手术医生满意度及患者满意度。结果:观察组护理并发症发生率、手术医生满意度和患者患者度分别为0.67%、100.00%、99.30%,对照组分别为2.25%、97.20%、97.90%。结论:实施高危手术护理风险预案上报制度能明显提高手术室护理质量,降低护理并发症发生率,提高手术医生和患者的满意度。
Objective ：To investigate the application effect of the reporting system of pre - arranged plan for nursing risks in the patients with operation in high risks to the safety management of operation room. Methods ： The reporting system which is regarded as the manage- ment method of high nursing risks is the process of evaluation - analysis - discussion - reporting - tracking. 150 reported cases （ from Jan. to Dec. 2012} were taken as the observation group ;other 146 cases which were not reported （from Jan. to Dec. 2011） were taken as the control group. The incidence of nursing complications, doctor and patient satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results：The incidence of nursing complications, doctor and patient satisfaction with nursing care were respectively 0.67% , 100% , 99.3% in the observation group and 2.25% ,97.2% ,97.9% in the control group. Conclusion ：The reporting system of pre - arranged plan for nursing risks in the patients with operation in high risks can significantly improve the nursing quality in the operation room, reduce the incidence of nursing complications and improve doctor and patient satisfaction.
