摘要
根据制药设备生产企业的实际需求研发粉针灌装线实时重量检测系统。基于前端子系统的设计思路和工作原理,设计主从式检测架构,能够并行处理传感器电压数据,减缓各单元检测压力,有效提高检测速度;此外,设计二级放大电路为前端采集单元硬件架构,能有效减少系统达到稳定的时间,避免将无用的噪音放大。根据具体实验结果,该系统能有效克服灌装线上的振动和干扰,实现0.5-2g粉针误差小于±2%的在线称重,可应用于实际生产。
This topic was based on the actual research and development needs of producing online weighing system for powder-injection filling line of the pharmaceutical enterprise. Based on the design ideas and principles of front-end subsystem, designed detection of master-slave architecture, can parallel process sensor's voltage data, reduce each unit's detecting pressure, improve the detection rate. In addition, the secondary amplifier circuit for front-end acquisition unit hardware architecture, which can effectively reduce system time to stabilize, and avoid the amplification of unwanted noise. Site experiment shows that the system has effective ability to overcome the vibration and interference on the filling line, realize the error less than ±2% by weighing 0.5-2g powder-injection online, and can be applied to practical production.
