摘要
为检测塑料制品聚氯乙烯(PVC)的重量,同时解决人工操作劳动强度大、易产生误差等问题,该文设计了基于梅特勒—托利多动态称重监控系统。选用托利多公司研发的C1200型动态检重秤,触摸屏仪表通过RS232C与检重秤相连,并实时显示聚氯乙烯产品的重量信息。上位机通过以太网(TCP/IP协议)通信接收称重仪表信息,并判断物料重量合格与否,同时通过剔除装置剔除超重及欠重产品。上位机程序基于Visual Basic编写,称重数据存储于SQL Server数据库中,以便后期的查询和追溯。目前,该系统已稳定运行于青岛某化工厂中。
In order to detect the weight of plastic products polyvinyl chloride(PVC),and solve the problems of manual operation such as high labor intensity,easy to produce errors,this paper designed a dynamic weighing monitoring system based on Mettler Toledo.The C1200 dynamic weighing scale developed by Toledo company is selected.The touch screen instrument is connected with the weighing scale through RS232C and displays the weight information of PVC products in real-time.The upper computer receives the weighing instrument information through Ethernet(TCP/IP protocol)communication,and judges whether the weight of the material is qualified or not,at the same time,remove the overweight and underweight products through the elimination device.The upper computer program is written based on Visual Basic,and the weighing data is stored in the SQL Server database for later query and traceability.At present,the system has been running stably in a chemical plant in Qingdao.
