摘要
在一个智能控温系统中,加热源位置的改变对原有恒温控制系统的控制精度影响很大,进而需要重新更换系统算法参数,适应现有环境。本文通过建立空间三维坐标,依次从三个空间方向,探究加热源位置的移动对PID算法的影响规律,并通过设计模拟恒温箱进行算法规律推算以及验证。恒温箱以STC90C52RC单片机为控制核心,采用数字化的PID算法作为温度控制的调节器,LCD1602、DS18B20为主要元器件,实现对恒温箱内温度实现监测和控制。
In a smart temperature controlling system,the changes of heat producer position has an influence on the original temperature controlling system's precision,therefore the parameter of the system should be changed and adapted to new surroundings. Building up a three-dimensional coordinate,we study the impacts of the changes of heat producer and carry out investigation on three directions on PID algorithm. We have designed an incubator to verify the law of algorithm. The incubator makes STC90C52RC SCM as the core technology,adopting the digital PID algorithm as the adjuster to control the temperature.The major devices,LCD1602 and DS18B20 are used for gauging and controlling the thermostat.
