摘要
传统的双闭环控制的逆变器,需采样电压和电流,电路设计复杂。设计了一种基于PIC16F1507的逆变器,仅需要采样瞬时电压,利用PI控制算法,结合电压前馈,使输出的波形满足质量和响应速度要求。设计了信号调理和保护电路,增强系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力,并对电路参数设计进行详细介绍,制作一台500 W样机并完成了测试验证,结果表明能满足设计指标,外围电路简单,具有工程应用价值。
As traditional power inverters using double closed-loop control require sampling voltage and current and involve complex circuit design, this paper gives a design of converters based on PIC16F1507, which just need sampling of instantaneous voltage, PI control algorithm and voltage feed-forward to make the output waveform meet quality and resPonse speed requirements. Signal conditioning and protection circuitry is designed to enhance" the reliability and anti-jamming capability of the system, and circuit parameter design is described in detail. A 500W prototype is made, and test and certification is completed. The test results show that this scheme can meet the design targets, contains a simple peripheral circuit and has an engineering value.
