摘要 通过测试行星传动齿轮箱加载运行过程中齿根应变分布情况,深入研究了影响该齿轮箱行星轮间载荷分配不均的各种原因及影响程度,为行星传动齿轮箱的综合性能评价提供了客观数据支撑,同时对后续均载特性的优化提升指明了方向。 Tested the distribution of gear tooth strain during the loading operation of planetary transmission gearbox,and analyzed the various factors that affect the uneven distribution of load among the planetary gear wheels of the gearbox and the degree of influence. These provided objective data support for evaluating the overall performance of the planetary gearbox,and indicated the direction for subsequent optimization of the load sharing performance.
