偏航减速器行星传动系统静力学均载特性研究

摘要 建立了行星齿轮传动系统的静力学均载计算模型,基于当量啮合误差原理,推导齿轮各误差的当量化计算公式和行星齿轮传动系统的均载系数计算公式。以偏航减速器四级行星传动系统为例,运用Matlab编程计算出各级传动的均载系数;分析了基本构件制造、安装误差对第一级行星传动系统载荷分配均匀性的影响情况,并对其影响程度作了比较;通过分析系统均载系数函数的幅相频率特性,得到其主要频率成分以及各行星轮出现均载不理想时的相位,为风机偏航减速器用行星齿轮传动的设计、加工等提供工程应用参考。 The static load sharing calculation model of planetary gear transmission is established,then the equivalent formulas of manufacturing errors,assembly errors and the formula of the load sharing coefficient are deduced based on the theory of equivalent mesh error,respectively.According to the formulas,the load sharing coefficients of 4-stage planetary gear transmission system in yaw reducer are calculated by using Matlab and then the effects of the errors on loading sharing are studied.Besides,the frequency composition and phase position are analyzed by using Matlab.The study provides useful theoretical guideline for the design and manufacture of the planetary gear train used in yaw reducer.
