摘要
以某型掘进机截割部行星齿轮传动系统为模型,从静力学角度分析了系统的均载原理,针对各种构件的制造、安装误差和轮齿的弹性变形,运用等效中心误差方法,计算系统的浮动量,对系统浮动域的合理性进行了论证。
A model for planetary gear train of the development machine is presented and the analysis of the mechanism of load balance is given. In consideration of the parts' manufacturing error 、 assembly error and elastic deformation of gear teeth, the floating value of each planetary gear is calculated by using the method of equivalent central error, and demonstrating the rationality of the planetary gear's floating field.
