摘要
近年来研究表明高血压病与勃起功能障碍存在明显相关性,二者有着共同的病理生理机制。一氧化氮和内皮功能障碍在高血压病合并勃起功能障碍的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,现就高血压病与勃起功能障碍的关系机制做一综述,并对高血压合并勃起功能障碍的综合管理做一简单介绍。
In recent years,studies have shown that there is a significant correlation between hypertension and erectile dysfunction,and they have a common pathophysiological mechanism. Nitric oxide and endothelial dysfunction play an important role in the development of hypertension complicated with erectile dysfunction. This article reviews the relationship and common mechanisms of hypertension and erectile dysfunction and presents a strategy for the comprehensive management of erectile dysfunction in hypertension.
