摘要
医院受到信息化社会的影响,对管理上的要求已越来越严格。在医院日常工作方面,统计信息不仅可使医院了解病患们的需求,为医院的决策提供有力依据,同时对医院的发展有着深远影响。医院管理与治疗手段的探讨有统计信息作为支持,许多工作的开展都达到了事半功倍的效果。基于此,笔者对常规信息统计中的信息封闭、成本控制、质量要求以及统计效率等存在的问题,对比其与数字化管理的差异,对医院所开展的工作内容进行讨论,简要说明数字化管理应用于医院统计工作中的优势。
The hospital is affected by the information society,and the management requirements have become stricter.In the daily work of the hospital,statistical information not only enables the hospital to understand the needs of patients,but also provides a strong basis for hospital decision-making,and has a profound impact on the development of the hospital.The discussion of hospital management and treatment methods is supported by statistical information,and many of the work has achieved a multiplier effect.Based on this,the author compares the problems of information closure,cost control,quality requirements and statistical efficiency in the conventional information statistics,compares the differences with digital management,discusses the work carried out by the hospital,and briefly explains the application of digital management.The advantages of hospital statistics work.
