摘要
为提高光伏组件隐裂位置判断的有效性和准确性,提出了一种系统化、简易通用的统计分析方法。该方法可掌握组件各位置点的命名规律,将基础数据迅速整合并快速形成电子档案,实现了基础数据的系统整理。该方法目前以人工录入方式进行,为进一步提高统计效率,需要在隐裂或裂纹检测(EL检测)过程中采用图像识别技术直接定位损伤的电池片。
A systematic,simple and general statistical analysis method was proposed to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the crack location determination on photovoltaic modules.Rules of naming crack location was grasped with this method.Basic data was arranged systematically by rapid integration and transformation into electronic archives.At present,this method needs manual entry.In order to improve its efficiency,image identification technology was required to directly locate the crack batteries during Electroluminescent(EL)detection process.
