摘要
以岸边集装箱起重机金属结构作为计算模型,依据《欧洲起重机械设计规范》(FEM),以及岸边集装箱的具体工作工况对起重机进行载荷组合计算。利用ANSYS有限元软件进行数值仿真,采用多种单元混合建立模型。该模型对起重机的静强度、刚度以及工作工况下由于大车、小车起制动所引起的冲击载荷、非工作风下起重机的强度和应力等进行综合分析。还利用大位移非线性方法对起重机前拉杆进行了计算分析。
It is a container crane that is used as model for calculation in this paper. The calculation and design of crane is based on FEM(Federation Europeene de la Manutetion). With techniques provided by ANSYS, we can build steel-structure model of crane by mixing different kinds of element. Based on the model, we will analyse static strength, static rigidity, impact load forced by the hoisting machinery and the trolley starting or braking simultaneously under working condition, strength and rigidity of stow wind as well as nonlinear method to be calculated for forestay.
