摘要
在收排线机的设计计算中,以往都是基于经典力学和经验公式,其计算精度难以保证。利用有限元软件ANSYS对收排线机机架进行结构静力分析、模态分析和疲劳分析,得出了机架结构在多工况下的应力、应变云图,固有频率与振型,以及疲劳寿命。从静强度,动强度和疲劳寿命3个方面对机架设计方案进行评价,验证了原始结构的合理性。有限元分析结果为结构的进一步改进和优化提供了参考。
As the design and calculation of taking-up and traversing machine were based on classical mechanics and empirical formulas in the past, its calculation accuracy was difficult to guarantee. Finite element software ANSYS is applied to carry out static structure analysis, modal analysis and fatigue analysis for the frame of the Taking-up and traversing machine. The stress and strain distribution, natural frequency, vibration modes and fatigue life of the frame under many conditions are obtained. The original structure of the frame is verified to be reasonable through the evaluation for the frame design scheme, which is made from three aspects of static strength, dynamic strength and fatigue life. The simulation results can be regarded as a reference for further improvement and optimization in the design of the machine.
