摘要
社会就业竞争的压力,对我院英语专业的人才培养质量提出了挑战,如何增强外语系英语人才的社会竞争力,寻找自己生存发展的空间,已成为当务之急。通过对毕业生工作单位的调查与分析,本文试图寻求英语教学改革的方向,以提高学生的专业应用能力和实践操作技能,增强就业竞争力。
The pressure of social employment's competition challenges the cultivation quality of English majors. So it is urgent to strengthen the competition level of our school's English graduates, and to look for the space of development. Through the investigation and analyze on posts of graduates, this essay tries to seek the direction of English teaching's revolution, then to enhance graduates' professional skills through a series of practical training sessions which also keep them in the competition for future employment.
