摘要
微信公众号在新媒体时代扮演着重要角色,是社区教育学校进行活动宣传、信息发布、服务提供的重要平台。通过对北京市西城区12所社区教育学校微信公众号的研究,围绕微信公众号开设率和开设时间、基本信息规范、认证状况、底部功能菜单设置、被添加自动回复功能、关键字自动回复功能分析了学校微信公众号的基本情况,特别对各学校公众号自2017年9月1日至10月31日发送的所有信息进行内容分析。研究表明,社区教育学校微信公众号下一步的运营要着眼于提高认识,拓展功能;加大投入,组建团队;内容为王,打造特色;连续运营,扩大影响这四个方面。
The WeChat public platform plays an important role in the new media age. It is essential for community education schools to promote activities, publish information and provide services. This article studies the WeChat public platforms of 12 community education schools in Xicheng District, Beijing, and analyzes the basic situation of the platforms from their opening rate and time, basic information norms, certification status, bottom function menu settings,added automatic reply function, and keyword automatic reply function. It particularly analyses the content of all the information sent by the platforms from September 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017. The study suggests that the next step for the operation of the platforms should focus on the following four aspects: increasing awareness and expanding functions;increasing investment and building up teams;creating characteristics through attractive content;operating continuously and expanding influence.
