摘要
用油乳液 溶胶 凝胶法制备纯单斜相结晶氧化锆微米球 ,其表面积为 16 .7m2 /g ,孔直径为 15 .8nm ,孔体积为 0 .0 2cm3 /g ,平均粒径 5 μm。用此氧化锆微球涂敷了纤维素 三 (3,5 二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯 ) ZrO2 手性固定相 ,正相条件下直接拆分了 3种单硒代缩水甘油醚对映体 。
The zirconia particles with average diameter of 5 μm were prepared for high performance liquid chromatography packing material by oil emulsion-sol-gel technique, on which chiral polymer was coated. In this paper, cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) was the chiral selector, and the loading amount was 5% (m/m). The chiral stationary phase exhibits good chiral recognition ability for racemic glycerine selenides in normal conditions. The relationship between the capacity factor, enantioselectivity as well as resolution and the structures of glycerine selenides was analyzed. The influence of solvent polarity of mobile phase on chromatographic behavior and chiral separation of analytes was investigated. The chiral recognition mechanism of the chiral stationary phase was discussed.
