摘要
用纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相拆分了5种咔唑羧酸衍生物对映异构体.考查了流动相中不同的有机酸添加剂和异丙醇含量对样品拆分的影响.通过考查温度对样品保留因子和分离因子的影响,计算了样品与固定相作用的热力学参数.
Five pairs of carbazole derivative enantiomers were resoluted with a cellulosetris (3,5dimethyphenylcarbamate) chiral column. The effect of mobile phase composition on the resolution was investigated. The thermodynamic parameters of the enantiomers interacted with the chiral stationary phase were calculated with reference to the influence of temperature on the resolution.
