摘要
建立了一种检测虾仁和牛奶中氯霉素残留的高效液相色谱(紫外检测,即LC/UV)方法和液相色谱-电喷雾电离质谱联用(LC/ESI MS)检测方法.色谱分离选用SymmetryC18柱,以乙腈-水为流动相.紫外检测波长为278nm,质谱采用选择性离子检测(M/Z321.0,[M H]-).样品制备省去传统的多次液 液萃取过程,采用有机溶剂直接提取,转溶后,用固相萃取方法净化样品.虾仁和牛奶样品的平均回收率分别为93.7%和96.0%;检测限:LC/UV为2.5μg/kg和8.3μg/kg;LC/ESI MS为1.3μg/kg和4.5μg/kg.方法准确灵敏,样品预处理较简便快速.
A rapid and sensitive high performance liquid Chromatographic method (LC/UV) and liquid Chromatographic mass spectrometric method(LC/ESI-MS) were developed for detection of trace amounts of Chloramphenicol (CAP) residues in shrimp and milk. The analysis was performed on the Symmetry C_(18) column (4.6mm id 150mm and 2.1mm id 150mm) with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, and UV detection at 278nm. The electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was operated in the negative ion mode using selected ion monitoring (M/Z 321.0,^(-)). The average recoveries of CAP in shrimp and milk were 93.7% and 96.0%. The detection limit were 2.5 μg/kg and 8.3 μg/kg by LC/UV, 1.3 μg/kg and 4.5 μg/kg by LC/ESI-MS. The samples preparation in this method was simple, rapid and reliable due to utilization of using solid-phase extractaon (SPE) for cleanup of lipid and pigment.
