ECO和NBR生胶及其混炼胶的流变性能

摘要 研究了氯醚橡胶(ECO)、NBR生胶及其混炼胶在不同温度和较宽剪切速率下的流变性能。结果表明,ECO生胶及其混炼胶与NBR生胶及其混炼胶均属剪切变稀的假塑性流体。ECO生胶在研究的剪切速率范围内温敏性较强,而NBR生胶在较低温度下切敏性显著,其温敏性随剪切速率的升高而降低,因此NBR生胶的加工性能优于ECO生胶。含硫化剂的ECO混炼胶在120℃、高剪切速率下会发生缓慢的焦烧;NBR混炼胶的加工安全性较好。 Rheological properties of ECO crude rubber,ECO gross rubber,NBR crude rubber and NBR gross rubber in various temperature were studied.It was found that they were all pseudoplastic fluid.ECO gross rubber was strongly sensitive to temperature in the range of shear rate researched while NBR gross rubber was strongly sensitive to shear rate at low temperature,temperature sensitivity decreased with increasing shear rate,indicating that processability of NBR was superior to that of ECO.ECO gross rubber could scorch in the condition of high shear force action at 120 ℃.Safe processability of NBR gross rubber was better under the conditions.
