摘要 针对变压器用胶料硫化胶性能不稳定、耐45#变压器油性能不达标及混炼胶料不能满足后续压出工艺生产要求等问题,研制了一种以软丁腈N41为主体材料,采用AB型并用促进剂、4010NA为防老剂、结构度较高的N539碳黑为补强填充剂的耐45#变压器油的压出胶料新配方。实验表明:新配方体系硫化起步快,硫化胶的抗张强度、断裂伸长率均获得显著的提高,避免了制品硫化后出现的针眼现象;同时压出速度加快,压出制品膨胀率降低、性能优良。产品具有优异的抗热老化、抗龟裂老化性能和耐45#变压器油性能。 The formula of the extrusion stock which can resist transformer oil was studied so as to solve the problems such as the unsteady performance of the vulcanizate adaptable transformer, the incompetent properties of 45# transformer oil resistant and the unsatisfied extrusion demand of the stock. The formula used soft nitrile-butadienerubber( N41 ) as major constituent,accelerated AB system as vulcanizator,4010 NA as age resister and high structure black N539 as reinforcing filler. The results show that the vulcanized rate of the stock is increased, the tensile strength and the tensile yield of the vulcanizate are improved remarkably and the pricker marks of the vulcanized article disappeares. Besides ,the extruder rate of the stock is accelerated, the extrusion die swell is reduced and the performance of extrusion is excellent. The final product has excellent properties to resist hot air aging,cracked aging and 45# transformer oil.
