摘要
针对近30年来生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块合格品的一贯制,为生产优质品的需要,介绍了蒸压加气混凝土及其制品的性能形成机理,蒸压气混凝土的水化产物对其性能的影响,钙硅比、水料比和蒸压养护制度的重要作用,以及有关的试验研究实例。最后指出,若生产优质的蒸压加气混凝土制品,应有高水平产品标准的引领,采用最佳钙硅比、合适的水料比和合理的蒸压养护制度,当然也离不开采用优质的原材料和严格的工艺管理。
In view of the consistent production of qualified products of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in the past 30 years,the performance formation mechanism of autoclaved aerated concrete and its products is introduced for the production of high-quality products.The hydration products of autoclaved concrete are used for their perfor?mance,and the impact of the calcium-silicon ratio,water-material ratio and the role of the autoclaved curing sys?tem,as well as related experimental research examples.Finally,the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete products should have a high level of product standards,use the best calcium-silicon ratio,the right watermaterial ratio and a reasonable autoclaved curing system,of course,can not be separated from the use of quality raw materials and strict process management.
