摘要
针对粉煤灰(FA)与生石灰(L)细度对轻质蒸压加气混凝土浆体与制品性能的影响因素,通过对粉煤灰与生石灰细度的调整,并对浆体初始扩展度、发气曲线与制品性能进行测定,结果表明:粉煤灰细度相同时,生石灰球磨预处理10 min^20 min时对制品比强度有利;生石灰细度相同时,制品比强度随着粉煤灰细度的增大呈现先增大后减小的规律,当粉煤灰细度达到0.045 mm方孔筛筛余量为4%~8.4%,粉煤灰球磨10 min^20 min时对制品比强度比较有利,球磨预处理粉煤灰与生石灰的最优配合组为FA(20 min)~L(20 min)。
The paper researches the influence of the fineness of fly ash (FA) and lime (L) on the performance of lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete slurry and products. The test result shows that when fineness of fly ash are same,10 min-20 min of pretreatment for lime in ball mill is advantageous to the specific strength of product;When fineness of lime are same, with the increase of the fly ash fineness, the specific strength of product increases first and then decreases, when the fineness of fly ash reaches 0.045 mm, square-hole screen allowance is 4%-8.4%,10 min-20 min of milling is advantageous to the specific strength of product, the optimal milling pretreatment time for fly ash and lime is FA (20 min)-L (20 min).
