摘要
目的:在原有精制工艺基础上考察获得伪麻黄碱生产方法。方法:从3种途径试制伪麻黄碱:(1)以老工艺为主线,由原产品纯盐酸伪麻黄碱游离出伪麻黄碱;(2)由原生产工艺中间产品粗品伪麻黄碱精制;(3)由草酸伪麻黄碱得伪麻黄碱粗品精制。对3种方法进行考察并相互比较。结果:实验二制得的伪麻黄碱晶形大.光泽度好,产率高,是较理想的方案。结论:由植物麻黄提取精制得到优质高产率伪麻黄碱产品的方法有生产应用可能。
Objective: To investigate the method of producing against the problems existing in the old technological process of producing pseudocphcdrine products. Methods: Three ways to produce Pseudoephedrine have been observed. Several segments in the process of producing have been investigated. Results: The way I proved the best both in the quality and the productive rate of Pseudoephedrine. Conclusion: Pseudoephedrine products were gained from herba ephedrac.
