摘要
目的通过系统疲劳教育管理课程,并利用床旁呼吸训练来观察其对于脑卒中后疲劳程度及血浆D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)的影响,从而得出临床经验。方法选择观察对象,将武汉市第一医院自2018年1月到2018年12月在该院康复科进行康复训练的患者当作样本,样本基数为80例,并将之划分成两组,分别为对照组及观察组。其中,对照组患者除了进行一般的康复训练以外,还辅以系统疲劳管理教育课程,观察组则是在对照组的前提下,辅以床旁呼吸训练,将首月及第三个月当作观察节点,并利用疲劳度表来对患者在干预前及1个月和3个月卒中后疲劳程度进行评价,并同时对患者血浆D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)分别进行检测。结果在康复训练3个月后,观察组与对照组的脑卒中疲劳程度均得到改善,并且观察组效果比对照组效果更好(P<0.05),观察组与对照组患者干预后3个月血浆D-D、Fbg水平明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论单纯的系统疲劳管理教育课程治疗脑卒中后疲劳有一定的效果,且配合床旁呼吸训练效果更加显著。
Objective Through the systematic fatigue education management course,and using bedside respiration training to observe its effects on the fatigue degree of stroke and plasma D-dimer(D-D)and Fibrinogen(Fbg),the clinical experience was obtained.Methods Select the observation object,the first hospital in Wuhan from January 2018 to December 2018 in the rehabilitation department of the hospital Rehabilitation training patients as a sample,the sample base is 80 cases,and divided into two groups,respectively,the control group and the observation group.Among them,in addition to general rehabilitation training,the control group was supplemented by a systematic fatigue management education course,while the observation group was based on the control group,supplemented by bedside breathing training,the first month and the third month as observation nodes,and the fatigue scale was used to evaluate the fatigue degree of patients before and 1 months and 3 months of stroke.At the same time,the plasma D-D and Fbg of the patients were tested respectively.Results After 3 months of rehabilitation training,the fatigue degree of stroke in the observation group and the control group was improved,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the plasma D-D and Fbg levels were significantly lower than before the intervention in the observation group and the control group patients 3 months,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The simple system Fatigue management education course has certain effect on the treatment of post-stroke fatigue,and the effect of matching bedside breathing training is more significant.
