摘要
在市场体制中 ,经济人既造就市场效率 ,也促成市场非效率 ,因此需要国家进行干预以使市场获得理想效率 ,而国家的干预既要激励经济人 ,又要约束经济人 ,由此使干预者陷入两难困境。为走出这一困境 ,必须基于经济人的人性特点探寻对经济人的激励路径和约束方式 。
In the market system, an economic man not only enhances the efficiency of the market, but also leads to inefficiency of the market. In order to acquire the ideal efficiency, the public power should intervene between the market and the economic man by inspiring and regulating the economic man. As a result, the intervenor will be in a dilemma and so we must try to find out the best path to the incentive and the mode of the regulation on the basis of the human nature character of the economic man .
