甘草黄酮纳米晶口腔速溶膜的制备与评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的制备载甘草黄酮纳米晶口腔速溶膜,以期改善药物溶出度。方法将反溶剂沉淀法制得的甘草黄酮纳米晶载入口腔速溶膜,单因素试验优选口腔速溶膜处方,并对所得制剂进行初步质量评价。结果优化后的处方为18%甘草黄酮纳米晶、40%HPMC-AN5为成膜材料、5%交联羧甲基纤维素钠为崩解剂,20%PEG400为增塑剂,10%山梨醇,3.5%柠檬酸,3.5%阿斯帕坦。所得速溶膜成膜性好,载药量为1.45%,耐折度为382次,1min内迅速崩解,2min即溶出77.8%。结论甘草黄酮纳米晶口腔速溶膜制法简便、成膜良好,具有服用方便、释药迅速的特点。 Objective To prepare,optimize and evaluate a novel drug preparation of nanocrystal- loaded oral fast dissolving film( NP- OFDF) of licorice flavonoid. Methods Licorice flavonoid nanosuspensions produced by anti- solvent precipitation method were introduced into oral fast dissolving film by solvent casting method. The optimal formulation was achieved through single factor experiment and then examined on film appearance,thickness,weight,folding endurance,disintegration time and in vitro dissolution. Results The optimal formulation consisted of 18% licorice flavonoid nanosuspensions,40% HPMC- AN5,5% CMC-Na,20% PEG400,10% sorbitol,3. 5% citric acid,and 3. 5% aspartame. The obtained film contained1. 45% licorice flavonoids nanocrystals,and folding endurance of 382 times. The film quickly disintegrated in one minute and released releasing 77. 81% of drug content at 2 minutes. Conclusion The nanocrystal-loaded oral fast dissolving film of licorice flavonoid showed fast release profile and great convenience.
