摘要
目的明确肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏与人文关怀能力的现状,分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、中文版专业生活品质量表和关怀能力量表对267名肿瘤科护士进行调查。使用SPSS16.0软件进行数据分析,选择描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验和Pearson相关系数法对资料进行分析。结果肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏的发生率为71.54%,继发性创伤应激评分为(23.65±5.05)分,工作倦怠(25.31±6.78)分,同情心满足(31.90±7.84)分;人文关怀能力评分为(191.83±26.78)分。肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏中,继发性创伤应激与人文关怀能力总分及其勇气、耐心维度呈负相关(P<0.01),同情心满足与人文关怀能力及其认知、勇气、耐心维度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论提高肿瘤科护士的人文关怀能力可以缓解其同情心疲乏,改善护士的心理健康水平。
Objective:To clarify the status quo of compassion fatigue and humanistic care ability of oncology nurses,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods:A total of 267 oncology nurses were recruited with General Information Questionnaire,Professional Quality of Life(Pro-QOL)and Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).SPSS16.0 software was used for data analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient were selected to analyze the data.Results:The occurrence of compassion fatigue was 71.54%.The mean scores of secondary traumatic stress,burnout and compassion satisfaction were(23.65±5.05),(25.31±6.78),(31.90±7.84),respectively.The mean score of humanistic care ability was(191.83±26.78).The secondary traumatic stress of oncology nurses was negatively correlated with their humanistic caring ability and its dimensions of courage and patience(P<0.01).The compassion satisfaction was positively correlated with humanistic care ability and its dimensions of cognition,courage and patience(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhancing the humanistic care ability of oncology nurses can alleviate their compassion fatigue and improve their mental health.
