摘要
目的分析研究宫腔镜下输卵管通液法在不孕症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年11月河南省焦作市马村区人民医院诊治的78例不孕症患者进作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将所有患者均分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各39例。其中给予传统输卵管通液法治疗的为对照组,给予宫腔镜下输卵管通液法治疗的为研究组,比较两组治疗后的疗效、并发症发生情况及1年后的妊娠成功率。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为82.05%,研究组为97.44%,研究组高于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的并发症发生率为20.51%,研究组为5.13%,研究组低于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外研究组患者1年后的妊娠成功率为61.54%,对照组为33.33%,研究组高于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对不孕症治疗的过程中应用宫腔镜下输卵管通液法,能够进一步提升治疗效果,同时有着很高的安全性,患者治疗后的妊娠成功率也获得了明显的提升,具有大范围应用和推广价值。
Objective To analyze and study the application effect of hysteroscopic tubal drainage method in the treatment of infertility.Methods Atotal of 78 infertility patients treated in the People′s Hospital of Machun District from October 2016 to November 2018 were selected and according to random number table method,they were divided into control group and research group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tubal drainage,while the research group was treated with hysteroscopic tubal drainage.The efficacy,complications and the success rate of pregnancy within a year were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 82.05%in the control group and 97.44%in the research group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 20.51%in the control group and 5.13%in the research group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the pregnancy success rate within a year in the research group was 61.54%and that in the control group was 33.33%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of hysteroscopic tubal drainage method in the treatment of infertilitycan further improve the treatment effect,with high safety and significantly improvedsuccess rate of pregnancy,which is of a wide range of application and promotion value.
