摘要
目的:探讨P-、L-选择素在鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤中的表达及作用。方法:72只雄性SD鼠分为假手术组和脑缺血2 h再灌注后2、3、4、6、12、24、48 h组,用线栓塞法建立脑缺血再灌注模型,免疫组化法检测缺血再灌注不同时间P-、L-选择素的表达。结果:P-选择素在缺血再灌注后3 h少量表达,12 h达高峰;L-选择素在脑缺血再灌注后2 h少量表达,6 h达高峰。结论:鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤中,P-、L-选择素明显上调,提示两者介导白细胞、微血管内皮细胞的粘附,参与脑缺血再灌注损伤的病理过程。
Aim:To evaluate the expression and effect of P-, L-selectin after cerbral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat. Methods: 72 male SD rats were divided into the sham operated group and cerebral ischemia 2 h with reperfusion 2, 3,4, 6, 12,24,48 h group. The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was made by thread occlusion. The expression of P-, L-selectin were evaluated by irnmunohistochemical method at different reperfusion time. Results: P-selectin was detected as early as 3 h, peaked at 12 h; I-selectin was detected as early as 2 h, peaked at 6 h. Conclusion: The upregulated expressions of P-, L-selectin enhance between leukocytes adhesion and cerebral microvascular endothelial cells, and involve in the pathologic process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
