摘要
政治建设是党的根本性建设,决定党的建设方向和效果。重视政治建设是中国共产党的传统和优势。新时代加强党的政治建设的重点,一是用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装全党,坚定全体党员特别是党员领导干部的政治信仰;二是坚持和加强党的全面领导,确保党的领导全覆盖,确保党的领导更加坚强有力;三是加强党员干部队伍建设,建设忠诚干净担当的干部队伍;四是严肃党内政治生活,净化党内政治生态。加强党的政治建设要着重抓好几个关键着力点:加强党性教育,增强共产党员的党性修养;严明党的政治纪律和政治规矩,完善保障'两个维护'的制度机制;完善党的领导体制,改进党的领导方式;加强和完善党内法规制度建设,全面推进依规治党。
Political construction is the fundamental construction of the Party,which decides the direction and effect of the Party’s construction.Attaching importance to political construction is the tradition and advantage of the Communist Party of China.The key points of strengthening the Party’s political construction in the new era are:flrst,to arm the whole Party with Xi Jinping Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era,to strengthen the political beliefs of all Party members,especially the leading cadres of the Party;second,to adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,and to ensure that the leadership of the Party is fully covered and is stronger;third,to strengthen the construction of the ranks of Party members and cadres and to build loyalty;fourthly,to take seriously the political life within the Party and to purify the political ecology within the Party.To strengthen the Party’s political construction,we should focus on several key points:strengthening the Party spirit education to enhance Party members’self-cultivation;making the Party’s political discipline and rules clear and perfecting the system mechanism to guarantee the'two safeguards';improving the Party’s leadership system and leadership style;strengthening the construction of the Party’s internal laws and regulations to promote the Party’s rule-based politics.
