摘要 根据砻谷条件 ,对采用砂辊碾米机加工国产杂交稻、常规稻和日本稻 (对照 )的碾米实验结果进行了分析。第一 ,初期爆腰率对总碎米率的影响最大 ,因此必须在收获、干燥和储藏运输等各个环节对爆腰率作严格控制 ;第二 ,杂交稻的碎米率比常规稻高出约 10 %,其原因主要在于外形尺寸长而薄 ,加工中容易破碎 ,必须选择适当的加工设备类型和工艺参数 ,特别是砂辊碾米机与铁辊碾米机的合理搭配。 Using milling machine of sandy roller and iron roller,milling experiments have been dealt with Chinese rice of both hybrid and ordinary as well as Japanese rice which was used as a contrast.The results indicated that the initial broken ratio of rice was the most important influence factor for the total broken ratio,so the initial broken ratio of rice should be strictly controlled during rice harvesting,drying and storage as well as transport.Secondarily,the broken ratio of the hybrid rice was 10 percent higher than that of the ordinary,because of the long and thin shape of the hybrid rice grain which is easy to be broken during processing.Therefore,processing equipment and specifications should be selected reasonably,especially when a sandy roller milling machine is used with a iron roller milling machime.
