摘要
本文梳理了内部控制和财务风险管理的关系,并以内部控制视角下的企业财务风险管理为研究对象进行研究。在总结我国企业内部财务控制现状和分析了其成因的基础之上,提出了促进我国企业财务风险管理发展的有效对策。为促进企业财务风险管理提供了参考依据。
This paper combs the relationship between internal control and financial risk management and is based on the enterprise financial risk in the perspective of internal control. After analyzing the present situation of enterprise internal financial control in China and its causes, it puts forward the effective countermeasures to promote the development of enterprise financial risk management in our country and provides references to promote the development of enterprise financial risk management.
