不同荷电状态下锂离子电池外热实验与分析 被引量:8

Experiment and analysis on the external heat on lithium ion battery with different nuclear power

摘要 以18650型磷酸铁锂电池为研究目标,研究荷电荷数(SOC)为100%、50%、0的电池通过木屑燃烧加热后其表面温度的变化、燃烧表观现象。SOC为0的电池表面最高温度仅能达到约200℃,充满电状态的锂离子电池存在两个升温阶段,最高温度可达467.5℃,存在二次爆喷现象。对其残留物进行了X射线衍射分析,正极材料晶型发生了大的改变,负极材料晶型并未发生改变。对残留物进行气相色谱质谱分析,残留物增加了多种脂肪酮、稠环芳香烃等。 Three 18650-Li Fe PO4 lithium ion batteries with SOC of100%, 50% and 0 as the research object, the study on the change of surface temperature and burning of the battery by the external heating of sawdust combustion were carried out. The highest temperature of battery with SOC of 0 was about 200 ℃. The battery with SOC of 100% has two stages of temperature raise and the highest temperature of it was about 467.5 ℃. Also it had the second explosion spray. The residues were analyzed by X-ray. It turned out that the crystal type of positive pole material changed a lot but the crystal type of negative pole material did not change. Also the residues were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. It turned out that the residues had several kinds of aliphatic ketone and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and etc.
