核电厂内电缆密集区水喷雾灭火系统全尺寸试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 参照某核电厂核岛内电缆桥架设置的水喷雾灭火系统,搭建全尺寸试验模型,测试该系统对电缆桥架火灾的灭火有效性。电缆桥架有3层共5组电缆梯架,呈"Z"形排列。水喷雾系统采用下喷和侧喷2种喷头,工作压力0.1、0.2、0.3 MPa。试验结果表明,设置的水喷雾灭火系统具有良好的灭火效果,并能快速有效阻止火在水平和垂直方向的蔓延。水喷雾灭火系统设计时,应保证开启后的有效运行时间。 Referring to the cable trays and fire extinguishing system layout of a nuclear island maintenance layer, the test platform of full size cable tray and water spray fire extinguishing system were built. The effectiveness of water spray fire extinguishing system was tested. The cable trays has shape of"Z"and has 3 layers and 5 cable ladders. There are 2 kinds of nozzles as droop type nozzle and side spray nozzle under the work pressure of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 MPa.The test results showed that the water spray fire extinguishing system can finish extinguishing fire effectively and can prevent cable fire spread in horizontal and vertical direction quickly and effectively. The duration time of water spray system should be ensured by the design.
