综合医院门诊患者精神心理障碍情况研究 被引量：2

Research on Psychological Disorder Situation of Outpatients in General Hospital

摘要 目的：探讨综合医院门诊中精神心理障碍的患病率及诊疗情况，为开展心理社会干预提供依据。方法选取2010年1月～2013年1月于我院门诊就诊患者，采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其心理状况进行评价调查。结果心理门诊组恐怖、焦虑、抑郁、人际关系、强迫、阳性项目数及总分均明显高于内科疾病组(P＜0.05)；内科疾病组焦虑、抑郁、强迫、躯体化、阳性项目数及总分均明显高于内科非疾病组(P＜0.05)。结论综合医院医师在治疗躯体疾病时，要从社会、心理、生物等多个角度入手，在利用生物学手段治疗疾病时合并心理干预，进一步提高患者的治疗效果及生存质量。
