摘要
目的观察垂体瘤经蝶术后脑脊液漏采用腰大池持续外引流治疗的临床体会。方法选取78例垂体瘤经蝶术后脑脊液漏患者进行研究。结果对比两组患者临床治疗效果,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者脑脊液漏得到控制的平均时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论垂体瘤经蝶术后脑脊液漏采用腰大池持续外引流治疗,效果理想,可有效提高临床治疗效果,值得进一步推广。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of continuous lumbar drainage therapy for cerebrospinal fluid leakage after transsphenoidal pituitary tumor. Methods 78 cases of pitu-itary tumors patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after transsphenoidal surgery were selected. Results Comparison of the clinical effect of two groups, the difference was significant (P<0.05);Ave rage time of cerebrospinal fluid leak under control in observe group and hospitalization time were better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cere-brospinal fluid leakage after transsphenoidal surgery of pituitary tumors, the effect of using contin-uous lumbar drainage was desired, it can effectively improve clinical outcomes, be worthy of fur-ther promotion.
