摘要
目的探讨外伤性脑脊液漏的有效治疗方法.方法32例外伤性脑脊液漏患者被采用腰椎穿刺、腰大池置管持续外引流治疗,且对其进行总结和分析.结果置管后1～2 d脑脊液漏减少,3～12 d停止;随访6～12月无再漏.结论腰大池持续外引流是治疗外伤性脑脊液漏的可靠有效方法.
Objective To explore the effective therapeutic strategy of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) fistula. Methods 32 patients of CSF fistula admitted in our hospital from August 1998 to December 2003 were treated with lumbar puncture and continuous external drainage, and the relevant clinical materials were reviewed and analyzed. Results CSF fistulae reduced 1~2 d after continuous drainage and ceased in 3~12 d. The drainage was successful in achieving the desired goal without complications. The follow-up of 6~12 months proved no CSF fistula. Conclusion Lumbar subarachnoid drainage is a safe and effective method for curing the CSF fistula.
