摘要
随着通信和多媒体技术的不断发展,视频会议系统已经成为一种常用沟通交流手段,在视频会议系统的应用过程中,运行管理工作发挥着至关重要的作用,只有保障系统稳定高效运行,才能够充分提升其应用效果。本文探讨了视频会议系统对会场环境的建设要求,分析了视频会议系统运行管理工作的阶段及内容。
With the continuous development of communication and multimedia technology,video conferencing system has become a common means of communication.In the application process of video conferencing system,the operation and management work plays a vital role.Only by ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system can its application effect be fully improved.This paper discusses the requirements of the video conferencing system for the construction of the venue environment,and analyzes the stage and content of the operation and management of the video conferencing system.
