摘要
以福建省应急视频会商指挥系统为例,研究视频会议系统的系统构架、会控管理模块、运维保障体系等关键技术,并将研究成果应用到防汛、森林防火等应急会商指挥中,产生了巨大的社会和经济效益,可供类似系统的建设借鉴。
Taking video consultation command system for emergency in Fujian for instance, the paper discusses key technologies of system architecture, module for conference management and guarantee system of operation and maintenance for video conference system. The research results have already been applied to a consultation command .system for emergency associated with flood control and forest fire prevention, and great social and economic benefits are produced, which can provide references for system construction of the same kind.
